I decided that I didn’t need to know more about business, I needed to know more about myself. How I uniquely served others, how I showed up in the world (the good, the bad, and the ugly) and how I could get better in my communication with others.
I discovered the Enneagram years ago
...and since then, I have incorporated this tool into my business, relationships, parenting, marriage and working with clients. It has changed the way I look at the world, myself, and others.
In our 6 week small group book study, we will cover 3 key areas:
- Strengths: Clarity on where you shine and how to incorporate into your business so that work feels more aligned and effortless.
- Blindspots: Greater understanding how you might unintentionally frustrate others or cause friction even when you don't mean to.
- Motivations: Digging deeper into knowing why you do things and how you see the world will give you greater insight when communicating with others.
Build a business that flows out of your most authentic self.
Once you began to identify your own limiting beliefs, blindspots and understanding your unique personality, you will be able to integrate the framework into your business, parenting, and any important relationships.

Tentative Itinerary
Sunday: Afternoon arrival, airport pickup and then back to hotel to meet others and have dinner and drinks together.
Monday: Morning activity (hike or kayak) along coast, lunch and then an afternoon reflect and review session before dinner in town.
Tuesday: Late morning wakeup, breakfast and free time. 12pm training and planning session. Dress up dinner and fun in San Diego.
Wednesday: Final morning group session to debrief, create next step plan then celebration brunch and checkout before heading to airport.
